Ikat Art operates the ikatart.com online store and sells textile and clothing items, bags, accessories and crafts related to ikat. We import a wide range of ikat products from Uzbekistan and deliver them to customers around the world. Also, we have an office and warehouse in Madrid. For this reason, our products are divided into 2 classes, depending on the warehouse of each product. The shipping costs of fabrics with direct imports from Uzbekistan are different than those in stock in Madrid. Since we represent a factory in Europe, each item you will receive at the factory price. Only transport costs are calculated. Information about the location of the fabrics (warehouse) of each product you will see in the description of the products.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders from Madrid is 24-72 working hours from when the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments will be made by the Correos Express transport company. Uzbekistan products take from 1 week to 14 business days.
If for any reason the order should be delayed we will contact you. Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and the package you choose. We have 4 types of shipments:
- PREMIUM PACK – CityPaq Address *
- PREMIUM PACK – CityPaq Office *
- STANDARD PACK – Address and CityPaq *
- STANDARD PACK – CityPaq Office *
Can I request an order to be shipped outside of Spain?
Yes, this option is available. But shipping costs to other countries will be different. To clarify, you can contact us by email info@ikatart.com and we will better find a way to send your order.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address indicated or at one of the carrier’s offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled and the amount of the order will be refunded, subtracting the costs of returning the package.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received it, please contact us by email info@ikatart.com.
Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when Ikat Art is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (shipping of the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
