Ikat Art operates the online store ikatart.com and specializes in ikat-related textiles and clothing items, bags, accessories, and crafts. We produce a wide range of ikat fabrics in Uzbekistan, which are then exported to customers worldwide. Additionally, we have a warehouse located in Spain, which serves as our central distribution point for global shipments. Our products are categorized into two classes, depending on their warehouse location. Shipping costs may vary between fabrics directly imported from Uzbekistan and those in stock at our warehouse in Spain.
As the exclusive owners of intellectual property rights, we take pride in designing our products, from fabric patterns to packaging, to deliver a unique and authentic Ikat Art experience.
Delivery Time:
For orders shipped from our Madrid warehouse, delivery typically takes 24-72 working hours from the order placement (applicable to peninsular shipments; please note that shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may have different timelines). We entrust all our shipments to the transport company Correos Express. Products originating from Uzbekistan usually require 1 to 14 business days for delivery.
Should there be any unforeseen delays with your order, we will promptly contact you. Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not permitted, unless the customer accepts the associated costs, and it is expressly agreed upon by all parties involved.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are not included in the item prices and will be itemized in your purchase summary. The costs are determined based on the destination and the selected packaging. We offer four types of shipments:

International Shipping:
Yes, we do offer international shipping. However, please note that shipping costs for countries outside of Spain may differ. To obtain accurate information, please contact us via email at info@ikatart.com, and we will assist you in finding the most suitable shipping method for your order.
Shipping Address:
If you are not available at the specified shipping address during the courier’s delivery attempts, the carrier will leave a notice for you to arrange a new delivery date. The delivery can either be made to the originally specified address or to one of the carrier’s offices.
In the event of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued, deducting the return shipping costs.
Non-Arrival of Orders:
If, after 5 working days from confirming your order, you have not received it, please contact us via email at info@ikatart.com.
Shipping Cost Refunds:
Transportation costs, both for shipping and returns, will be refunded only if Ikat Art is responsible for the product return, such as sending the wrong product or delivering a product in poor condition.
